Overview
The IAEE European Conference 2026 in Munich from 6-9 September 2026 will bring together researchers and practitioners from across the field of energy economics and policy. Submitting a contribution is an important opportunity to present ongoing research, engage in scholarly debate and build professional networks.
This webinar provides an overview of the upcoming IAEE European Conference 2026 in Munich and addresses three central questions:
• What types of contributions is the conference seeking?
• What characterises a strong and convincing abstract?
• How can participants make effective use of the conference for academic exchange and networking?
Drawing on their experience in research, academic governance and international collaboration, the speakers discuss practical strategies for developing submissions, positioning research topics and engaging with the scientific community before and during the conference.
The webinar is aimed at early-career researchers, academics and practitioners who plan to submit to IAEE European Conference 2026 or who seek to improve their general approach to academic conferences and professional networking.
