Founded in 2005, the Turkish Association for Energy Economics (TRAEE) connects academia, industry, and policymakers in Turkiye with the global energy community. An IAEE member, TRAEE promotes research, dialogue, and training in energy economics, is accredited by the UNFCCC, and has hosted major IAEE conferences in 2008, 2015, and 2024, and hosted a MECA event in 2025.
