The Swedish affiliate (SEEF) was founded in the beginning of the 1980s as a Swedish affiliate to the International Association for Energy Economics (IAEE). The Swedish chapter currently has around 120 members from companies, organizations and government authorities associated with energy and the environment or who are researchers at universities or research institutes.
